Aldworth James and Bond are a creative build specialist, we specialise in delivering high end
joinery and fit out projects with a wide range of clients in various sectors. Caledonian have
helped us over the last 2 years in providing temporary staff to help with projects, typically
site carpenters, labourers and decorators.
We require high standards of staff from Caledonian and ask for specifically qualified workers
to ensure that the level of experience is to standard. In addition Caledonian work alongside
us in ensuring that all of our operatives are paid the London Living Wage.
Our relationship with Paul Davison is excellent, Paul is always on hand and communicative to
make sure that we have the best people in place with the right skills.
Our time frames can be short due to the nature of work carried out and at times operatives
cannot always be sourced but Caledonian are very up front in communicating with regular
updates. I would recommend Caledonian as a service provider for temporary staff, with
excellent communication and paper work always in place on time, they are a preferred
supplier within our supply chain

Ben has been providing us with all aspects of our trades and labour requirements over the last 2 years, mainly Carpenters, Handy Men & Labourers.

Refreshingly honest and methodical approach !!

Logan Construction are a main contractor who specialise in all areas of refurbishment and new build projects, predominately within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors, amongst others.
Paul has been part of Logan Construction`s PSL for several years now. He has a refreshingly honest and methodical approach in aiding us with the supply of temporary labour and specialist trades such as Electricians, Carpenters, Decorators etc.
Due to the environments that we work in and as part of our PSL, a very important aspect is that we require all of our workers to attend site fully compliant and trained in Face Fit, Asbestos Awareness and Manual Handling, which Paul ensures is the case for every operative supplied and provides certification for.
The main attributes that set Caledonian aside from other agencies are the high levels of communication with ourselves before, during and after the operatives are supplied. You can really tell that behind the scenes they have a good team that ensure they adhere to any systems you require to be put in place.
