A steady decline in construction work over the years has finally starting to stabilise due to the economy.

Recent statistics have shown that certain sectors such as hotel and leisure projects (rose by 39%) and education (increased by 35%) compared to the last 3 months.

Other sectors which were less successful was industrial which was down by 29% in the last 3 months.
