Caledonian are working closely with a Market Leading Facilities Management Business to recruit a Handyman with specific experience with carpentry and Joinery.
Our client is looking for a Handyman to join their business and help undertake duties covering Leeds, Harrogate and York, this is a mobile role ideally suited to a Handyman/Multi-trader who’s happy to cover multiple premises.
Works will include PPM’s, Repair and Maintenance Carpentry work and basic levels of plastering, glazing, decorating and Plumbing.
The successful Handyman will be able to organise a small team of individuals to undertake a range of internal maintenance projects across sites.
The successful Handyman must have
- A trade relevant Qualification – ideally NVQ 2 or above
- A good knowledge of Health and safety
- A full Valid UK Driving License
- Previous experience in a Maintenance position
