Caledonian Recruitment are working closely with our bespoke Joinery, Kent based client to recruit a Head of Design and Draughting

Having recently relocated their offices to facilitate an expansion, our client is recruiting a Head of Design and Draughting. 

This role is suitable for an individual who has a proven background within the bespoke joinery space and is able to review design and draughting drawings and CNC programming

The successful Head of Design & Draughting will be responsible for Lead the design and draughting phase of all projects, attending project meetings and as the main
point of contact for all design and technical queries. 

The successful Head of Design & Draughting must 

• Have at least 5 years experience in the same or similar role
• Be proficient in design software Autocad, Solidworks, Inventor etc
• Have a thorough knowledge of joinery production materials 
• Have experience managing a team
