Philip was appointed Group Managing Director in March 2020. With over 30 years experience in the UK staffing market, Philip has managed and developed recruitment businesses across a broad range of industry sectors. Prior to joining Caledonian, he was a founder and Managing Director of FastTrack Management Services Limited. From a start-up position and under Philip’s stewardship FastTrack developed to be a leading construction and technical recruitment brand with revenues of over £60m. During his time in the staffing industry, Philip has trained and mentored a number of high billing consultants, many of who have gone on to run their own successful staffing companies.
Entering recruitment in 1995 with the last fifteen years operating at board level within the technical recruitment sector, Simon brings over 25 years’ experience at director level of both sales and operational expertise. Taking full responsibility for white collar permanent and contract recruitment, he has led and mentored his sales teams to achieve consistently exceptional results in very challenging sectors. Simon has a passion for innovation and best practice within the recruitment space and continues to adopt a hands-on approach with the development of the group’s subsidiaries.
A dedicated and goal-orientated HR and Compliance professional Nikki has over 18 years direct experience within the UK Staffing Industry. During her time in recruitment she has obtained a number of qualifications within Health & Safety, Quality, Human Resources and Employment Law. Highly organised with an attention to detail, Nikki provides valuable support to our subsidiaries, advising on relevant legislative updates, whilst ensuring the structure of the groups and its subsidiaries processes are robust to fully meet industry standards.
A business-minded Finance Manager, Juhel has progressed his career in the Finance world, having worked within the recruitment sector since 2006. He has an excellent track record of leading and developing finance teams within a number of staffing sectors. Juhel ethos is to always challenge himself, and to always work with integrity.
